Lunch ‘n’ Learn – Alcohol & Safe Withdrawal

This lunch hour workshop is co-hosted with Northern Health. Stephanie Lowe will be presenting on the realities of alcohol withdrawal for those who struggle with problematic drinking. This workshop will offer information and the opportunity to ask questions, and is open to all. No pre-registration required. Coffee and tea will be available, and we invite you to bring your own lunch to enjoy while you learn! If you are struggling and contemplating sobriety, or are supporting someone who lives with addiction, we would love to have you join us.
